SOI Estates was established in 1992 in Ludhiana, Punjab, with one clear purpose — to be the real estate firm that people can truly trust. Not the one with the most builder tie-ups. Not the one pushing the most projects. The one that actually works for the client.

We are a family-run firm — founded by Parveen Soi and now carried forward by his sons Sameer Soi and Rohan Soi. Three generations of the same family, the same values, and the same commitment to honest real estate.

We have never signed an exclusivity agreement with a developer. We have never taken a builder's incentive. We earn by serving you well — and only that.
